Recent reviews

The timer for non wear time and the reminder to change trays don’t reliably send a notice, which makes the only two useful features useless. So many times I don’t get a notice and my non wear time keeps ticking away like I haven’t had my aligners in all day, and you can’t change it until the NEXT day, so timing the rest of the day is useless. I haven’t gotten a single reminder to change trays in the two months I’ve had them. Regular phone timer and calendar are more effective, same effort.

For the past several months or so I haven’t been getting notifications from the app about when I have to change my trays. I tried deleting the app, and it worked for 1 cycle then never sent any more notifications. This is extremely frustrating, and the whole reason I even downloaded the app to begin with. Please fix!!!
