Was wondering why my trays were so nasty. Finally figured it out. I was supposed to change them 21 days ago and the app failed to notify me like it was supposed to. I change trays every 14 days. Thankfully I also messed up and skipped a set, but I'm still half a set behind now.

As others have written - photo processing is broken on Android. It worked several months ago, but then suddenly won't process photos that include back teeth no matter the angle - ("Couldn't process photo"). Others have reported the same. Does it on multiple phones so it's not us. Fix your software. Edit: Developer's response is to submit contact form but they don't respond.
