I am unable to log in to report my Ptinr since the newest 4.7.0 update. I’m getting an error message thats says “unable to log in. An error has occurred while processing this request. Please try again.” I’ve tried several times with my log in and ID/PIN. Nothing works. Up until this point, app has been great.

I recommend doing something different that getting involved with Acelis. They are impossible to communicate with and send random bills now and again with no explanation, I’m not sure if any people actually work there. Customer service is totally nonexistent.
