this app has made ordering food while in hospital so much easier for me, I hate having to call the kitchen to order food or just circling what I want on a menu. I really like that I can choose the times I want to eat at too! No more getting my breakfast delivered at dumb o clock in the morning and it getting cold by the time I wake up and want to eat. You can also cancel/change your order as long as it’s not during the timeframes of each meal if you forget something or change your mind. I had no issues signing up for an account and no issues placing my food orders either. I think more hospitals should use this or have something like it!

Can login but can’t order anything

This app simply does not work. Always says it can’t connect and then asks for your facility ID, only to kick you back out to the log in screen.
