This was great to use when my sister was in the hospital. We could orders for her or with her and see timing live. Really great guest meal feature too if we weren’t getting something in the cafe areas.

This app is beyond frustrating. Is feels like an unfinished project that was released by a specific date to meet a schedule. Maybe they added AI to it? As noted by another reviewer, the app doesn’t store location, name,dob, etc. this means i need to re-enter the basic info every time. The “menus” are a mesh of interconnected selections that do not make sense. The selections scroll off the screen, effectively hiding selection from the user. Error reporting is very poor. I entered my breakfast order last night. I opened the app this am to add lunch and an error message flashed up with something about a data error and closed. When i went back in, my breakfast order was gone.
