Can’t legally park as the app won’t take a credit card. What is an app if it doesn’t work to do what it is meant to do?!

We tried on two different phones to pay for parking, which is the only parking in our area that uses an application and yours does not work. And will not let us load a credit card to pay for parking. Last year it worked but for some reason this year it does not
