I ordered drinks for myself and some friends, and they contracted someone on Ubereats. This person was riding their bike across town at 11:45 PM to pick up our alcohol. When we go to cancel the order, we’re threatened that we’re going to be charged regardless. Typical behavior of those that own 7/11.

My food came raw. I tried to get a refund but it’s all automated and it only gave me a partial refund on my item. You can’t talk to an actual person. This service is terrible.
