Simply select a pose from the list and follow the visual and audio instructions developed by the world’s leading yoga practitioners on your phone. You can take your yoga experience even further by pairing the app with the Nadi X pants via Bluetooth if you’d like to feel vibrations that correspond to the instructions in your app.

POSES: Detailed instructions break down each yoga pose step by step. The Nadi X app tells you specifically where to focus your attention around your hips, knees, and ankles through audio and visual instructions on the screen. The selection of poses represents a wide range of different levels of yoga from beginner to guru. Press play from the list of poses to start your flow or choose one you want to improve. If you want to repeat a step, simply press pause and go back as often as you like. Press pause if you would like to skip through the steps.
