Some run-time details are available in certain screens (e.g., last run, Today’s Cycles) and the interface is generally simple.

Lack of long-term historical data for the primary pump (no clear daily run times or total runtime) and limited run-time history across the app.
Inconsistent or unreliable run data; usage tracking can stop or be incomplete, making it hard to rely on for maintenance planning.

The app seems to do what it’s advertised to. I would like to be able to sort the pump cycle times from newest to oldest. Useful app and the primary reason I purchased the Wayne Halo50 sump pump.

I have a basement guardian system. It’s a PITA to connect it to WiFi. The app is extremely basic and not up to any standard. The company should hire a developer instead of giving this job to their middle school kids.
