the apps is not loading my policy information, it has bee like this for a couple of months

I downloaded this app hoping it would make it easier to pay for my insurance, especially since the local office near me closes whenever they feel like it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even make my payment through the app — and my bill was due in just a few days. I had to go through another source just to get it paid. I really wanted to give this app the benefit of the doubt, but honestly, what’s the point of having it if it’s not functional or user-friendly? Not everyone has the time to go in person or access a desktop computer just to make a simple payment. This should be easier.
