This app has helped me on my hard days to remember that I can handle life and I am trying to change the ways I was raised which were unhealthy. I enjoy the sessions and positive affirmations immensely! I would recommend this for any person with multiple titles that needs peace of mind and self confidence to take on the day.

I started because I was feeling depressed after giving birth, and then I felt calm. I want to thank for who create the Monday Meditation with these beautiful videos. Today I fall asleep using Yoto - Sleep now little one (audio meditations), with my little one and her teddy bear.
