I mostly use it for sleep, and I think it’s helped. I should really try some of their other hypno courses. The app is a bit strange to learn. I wish it had meditation. I love headspace, but I wanted to try hypno for sleep. Biggest draw backs for me: 1. No airplay button in the player. It’s frustrating to use the iOS control panel to manually to connect the app to airplay. Every. Single. Time. 2. You can’t use the scrubber on the iOS lockscreen to rewind/fast forward. This sucks at night. I have to unlock my phone and be blinded by the light just to rewind. 3. Opening the app asks me to share with friend. Every. Single. Time. I know you want to grow. But just let me use the app in peace.

I’m only on the 7 day free trial. If this was like $20 less I would be able to afford it but I’ll keep going and see if it’s worth it. Seems good right now.
