I’ve tried using the app unsuccessfully multiple times and days. It logs me in, but then spins and spins and spins and I get nothing accomplished. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Once you get in (which takes forever) it is simply the worst experience. Searching is awful and if you can get it to work it never returns anything useful. Not sure if it’s crashing or there is nothing to return - it doesn’t tell you! I’ve tried multiple times to use it to search whether a provider is in or out of network, find a new provider, figure out if chiropractic care is covered…etc…and ever dang time it can’t complete the mission. This application is simply terrible. UNUSABLE!!
