Love how it lets me connect with my customers

I don't know what the issue is. Been battling it for over a year.. You can't be logged in on both shopify app and inbox app at same time. Takes a bit of time/work to log in to your store via this inbox app and doing so logs you out of the shopify app. As you can imagine, this is far from efficient and a waste of time when trying to look at customer orders while chatting with customers. It's wild we are in 2026 and have to deal with this issue with such a high mainstream app/service/company
