This application is one of the worst in the industry. I have used several and they are way better. I don’t have control over what we use, but the team at verisk need to overhaul this entire application . They supposedly do bug fixes, but the same things happen over and over. Even the marketing behind it. Between “Restoration Manager desktop, Intuitive Mobile web browser interface, and manageIT app, nothing is seamless.
