Great American Crop Insurance Claims Personnel now have the ability work more efficiently while in the field and on the go using the Adjuster Mobile App. Our claims personnel will have policy and claim information at their fingertips, with the added benefit of communicating detailed information gathered during the loss adjustment process to our customers and office staff.

The features of Adjuster App include(s):

• Contact Log updates
• Policy and contact information for Producers, SBI’s, Authorized Reps and Agencies allowing claim personnel to easily call, email or get driving directions
• Take photos, add photo notes and upload photos directly to a claim
• View of Farm Maps
• Collect field information both online and offline
