As the description says, this app is for updating firmware. Calling it “fix” may be an overstatement.

Useless. See review on SmartOne app. Software dev team needs better QA and testing before releasing updates and then needing and putting out a “fix-it” app that doesn’t solve the issue it was meant to solve. My SmartOne device was new in September ‘24, now 5 months old it’s useless to me.

After connecting this app to two Spirobanks I own they no longer work. At some point during a test they shut down and then tell me the test was unsuccessful either because of an abrupt stop or no plateau was reached. They both worked perfectly previous to that. The devices are extremely expensive. Now they are useless!
