User Reviews

FlexTires shows a mixed experience: strong, supportive service and easy access to tires via a well-designed app and Mavis network, but frequent concerns about high financing costs, billing inconsistencies, and unclear communication from reps about terms and approvals.
Pros
  • US-based customer support and friendly staff
  • Financing helps customers with limited credit or urgent needs, described as a lifesaver
  • App design is well-made and easy to use
  • Convenience of the Mavis network with quick service and friendly staff
  • Acceptance of customers with poor credit / easy approval
Cons
  • Very high interest rates and debt risk, with customers noting large added charges
  • Billing issues including duplicate payments, wrong amounts, and slow refunds
  • Poor or inconsistent communication from reps about terms, with conflicting information
  • Delays or lack of clear updates on approvals/denials and processing times

Not only does the interest equal the original price but also the app is horrible and constantly crashes

I had an issue with my brakes around this time in 2023. And i had to set up a payment plan through flex shopper. If you don’t pay off the payment within a few months they have a 65% interest rate. Which added hundreds of dollars to my account. Recently, i finally get close to paying off my account and they added 2 more payments on my account. I called and asked about it but who i spoke to was hard to understand. He tried to explain the best he could but he had an accent I couldn’t understand. I was told i was being transferred to a supervisor but the call ended. I wish i had took a screenshot of the balance that my account was showing but I didn’t think this would be an issue. Please don’t get debt through this if you don’t have to.

I was approved and my order is still currently under review two days later. No where on the app does it give an idea of how long the process takes but I was told it could take 20 minutes up to an hour. That clearly isn’t the case. There’s no way to cancel it either.
