I have to give this app one star. I just got a new speed queen washer with ShinePay and I go to add location to add the machine to the app and it just sits and is loading forever. Does nothing I can’t even enter address of the owner it’s just in an endless loading loop.

Since we stoped using quarters our vandalism rate has vanished. This is much more convenient too. I do wish they would add a function for users that lets them see if machines are available. You can do that with other apps and customers like that feature. If your machines are in a basement or somewhere phone signal is limited it can be a problem. I am also confused how to start machines as an owner as opposed to a customer. I’m sure there is a way but it is confusing. Over all I am glad we use this system and I will be using it for more machines in the future.
