IsaLife shows promise with a useful checklist and Apple Health integration, plus measurement tracking. However, reviews repeatedly cite reliability and usability problems: constant login issues, crashes, and freezes; inflexible autoship controls requiring online changes; a weak food-logging experience with a limited database and scanning/calorie issues; and a confusing, slow UI. Overall, core features exist but reliability and data quality need substantial improvements.

The section for entering food is practically unusable. First, you can’t find anything. you can’t scroll. most of the time the keyboard is in the way. Overall I'm finding this app to be poorly designed. I would recommend starting over from scratch...and maybe hire a few UX designers. Update… attempted to use it again and god is the UI just terrible. I can do more with just the basic reminder app on the iPhone. I’m removing it from my phone. Hopefully Isagenix will spend some money on developing a better app. It’s giving you hired someone from your family to build it because they’re “good at IT things”… they’re not.

Unlike virtually every other app and subscription service I use, and there’s a lot, you should be able to skip individual irme a in your auto ship at any time. Currently you have to completely delete the item if you don’t need it in the next shipment. You also can’t simply skip and entire shipment or pause a shipment. The inflexible is super annoying. They need to get with the program.

I’ve been an Isagenix subscriber for years and really every time I get on the app to modify my subscription or place a one time order it takes me 20 minutes to try and figure out what’s different and why it’s not working like the last time. Drives me crazy and every time I say I’m done with trying to be a customer. Fix it!
