Most of the healthcare providers on here are either not accepting patients, lack credibility, or have terrible reviews. The staff do not do their jobs. They have not helped me find a reliable healthcare provider and do not respond to emails. This is unfortunately the only health insurance offered by my job and they absolutely suck . Will take your monthly payments but do not do their jobs. You’re on your own practically

App has all providers listed, very easy to find in-network urgent cares!! I had to find an urgent care for a wrist issue and I only had to pay $25!! Great value!!
