The Hometown Pharmacy

Wont save my info except my address. If I could rate it no stars I would. This app is such a pain Ive decided its way easier to call or visit the pharmacy. Whoever wrote this app please fix it.

Most of the time, my patient profile doesn’t come up. Even when it does, prescriptions I’ve filled don’t automatically populate, you have to manually add them, and it doesn’t keep track of when they were filled last or when they’re due/able to be refilled, so I’m not really sure what the point of the app is. It’s poorly coded and somehow manages to be less useful than the website which is perfunctory at best. If you mistype something, you have to log into the website to fix it, and if you accidentally add another profile because yours won’t load, you have to contact support to delete. It’s quicker, easier, and less annoying to set a reminder on your phone for when your prescriptions need refilled and then call and fill them through the automated system.

It would be nice if I went on the app and the profiles would still be there instead they are always gone. I now have to go online to do refills so the app is useless.
