Concerts, the theater, sporting events—your hearing loss should never get in the way of the things you love. The ALD Locator App will provide Hard of Hearing (HoH) user reviews of a given venue, plus identifies the type of hearing assistance the venue supplies. Additionally, the app will make it easy to report faulty equipment, and allow you to anonymously suggest assisted listening to a venue that needs it. Our app will even provide the venue with information regarding the acquisition of the necessary technology.

The app is good for locating places that have, or don’t have ALD’s. However, there is no way to contact someone if a listing is wrong, like if they advertise that they have a loop when they don’t. Clicking “report” doesn’t do anything since the only options to choose from are “broken” or “missing device”. No way to report wrong information. Seems anyone can make a claim that they offer a certain ALD without being verified.

This is a wonderful app to fin FM, infrared, WiFi and/or loops in locations around the area. My only issue is I tried to “request listing” for a couple places that are looped but there was nowhere to “submit” or “request” the I formation once filled out. Can this be fixed?
