2024-07-19	py*****	Been using this app with their smart switch for years without incident, but now it’s suddenly asking for an email and password! After a few pw guesses, I submitted a request to reset the password in the app. No email response. Nothing. Now it’s completely bricked and useless! Very disappointed!

2024-06-21	Ek*****	Why is literally all the text italicized? The UI is terrible, adding an email DOES NOT WORK, and the whole thing is finicky. How is this a real company? I’m stuck using their smart button because no one else will make a dang universal smart home button.

2023-04-22	Sc*****	Bought a Third Reality zigbee motion sensor that should work with my zigbee hub. App instructions say to connect a smart speaker, but instructions are unclear and there’s no useful troubleshooting section. Called support number provided in app, but phone rings 10 +/- times and then hangs up.

2022-09-03	wh*****	The app works reliably. It’s a bit none intuitive how to alter a timer (you have to delete the previous function and then add a new time rather than adjust the time). It would be nice to add a on-at-dusk function like almost all other smart timer apps.
