User reviews cluster around slow performance, repeated crashes, and painful photo upload workflows, making fsElite Connect a productivity blocker for field work. Repeated issues include long load times, one-at-a-time photo uploads, and unreliable logins. Some users note a revamp and a usable picture module, but overall sentiment is negative with usability and reliability concerns dominating. A few mention improvements after updates, yet the app still lags behind competitors in speed and UX.
One button can erase all your inputted data, with no way to recover… then after spending much time filling out details for labor and materials for multiple line items, description, why, price… clicking on attachment for the invoice either doesn’t work or freezes in the please wait screen… This should not be used in a professional environment
This is the worst app I’ve ever used for work. It’s slow and never loads my jobs. Only upload 10 pictures at a time and takes forever to upload. It’s unbelievable that they force people to use this broken app
