This is useless. It won’t connect after I did a software update. Now it burns through my iPhone 14 battery and gets the phone as HOT as if I left it in the SUN!! SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG!!

My son got this for a Christmas present. It works well but the Wi-Fi never connects and the Bluetooth is short lived. Have you stopped supporting this product?
