User Reviews

User reviews show a promising concept for StriveHub in PT programs, with some noting the app conceptually makes sense and can display assigned exercises. However, the most frequent complaints are around sign-in and account setup: repeated Not Authorized errors, invalid credentials, and password reset issues. Many users report a buggy, unintuitive UI that hinders interaction (tap-to-check, progress tracking, and navigation). Progress history does not reliably log completed workouts, and upcoming schedules are hard to access. Password manager autofill integration is poor, contributing to login friction. Overall, core functionality and reliability are the main blockers.
Pros
  • Conceptually good idea for PT programs.
  • Ability to view assigned exercises/tasks (and how to perform them).
  • Website version complements the mobile app and is helpful for PT programs.
Cons
  • Widespread sign-in/login failures and Not Authorized/invalid credentials
  • Account creation/setup problems and password reset issues
  • Buggy UI/UX, unresponsive controls, and reliability problems
  • Inability to track progress or view history; no reliable logging of completed workouts or upcoming schedules
  • Poor integration with password managers/autofill (Apple) leading to login friction

I just started physical therapy and they use this app. So far I’m not even able to log in. When I try to log in it doesn’t do anything and it keeps glitching and refreshing with a red error message saying “not authorized” when you switch to another tab on your phone. I can’t put in the code for my exercises because of this. Please fix.

Not too sure why other reviews are so bad. PT gave me a sheet with exercises and I was able to use access code to see my plan. Able to access all my assigned exercises, check them off and even see video examples.

I love the description and the demonstration of each exercise that my physical therapist has given me but trying to check off the exercise that I have completed is hit or miss. There needs to be an easier way to check off the exercise exercises as we complete them. I tried to message StriveHub and I guess they thought I was the physical therapist and they gave me all sort preset answers that were not pertinent to my question. My physical therapist likes this app but please consider those of us who are using it on a regular basis.
