Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t, sometimes you can see your tickets and then 24 hours later the tickets vanish l and you have to delete the app and reinstall it, which is ridiculous. The whole AXS mobile ID versus ticket issue is not clear and overlaps and it’s probably creating problems for the soft Simplify this and it’ll work better

2023-04-09	Id*****	Garbage software. Terrible error handling. Couldn’t authenticate. Couldn’t send password reset. Had to use different ads app to do those things. Both apps continue to demand address verification even though I have verified and attempts to send another verification results in an error. Try hiring software engineers who know how to write code.
