Features & Capabilities

For art and conservation experts

An Application designed for Art and Heritage Professionals Our application is specifically developed for museums, art centers, restoration workshops, heritage services, and foundations. It is intended for professionals who conduct condition reports for loans, exhibition setups, inventories, or damage assessments.

With its intuitive interface, the application allows you to create detailed condition reports, including:

  • Overview photographs,
  • Alteration records annotated directly on photos,
  • Localized detail images,
  • Digital signatures,
  • And, in the Pro version, treatment reports with text and photos.

A Complete and Flexible Solution The application enables you to generate multiple condition reports for a single object within the same document, simplifying the management of condition assessments at the start and end of an exhibition. It also offers two layout options:

  1. A standard version,
  2. A version optimized for exhibition services. Fully customizable, it allows you to configure fields, set up alteration lists, and optimize your workflow.

An Efficient Tool, Even Offline The application operates 100% offline, with no internet connection required. Reports are stored locally and can be exported via email, Airdrop, cloud storage, a PDF reader (iBooks, GoodReader), or iTunes. They can be modified, duplicated, and exported in PDF, Horus (for further processing), and CSV (for an overview of treated artworks). The optional Drive feature facilitates the management and sharing of condition reports within a team.
