2026-08-02	cy*****	Once I got this set up, I really like the value of the server and able to show my photos and share with friends. I have friends using this as a specific login for all my friends example and they seem to like it and they can’t see their photos and they can see the sheriff folders also.

2026-06-27	Si*****	It’s been and still is a confusing ordeal. The device itself is nice. The online version (laptop) has a LOT of apps. Appears to have a lot of options that can be performed. The reason for the one star is there is little to NO instructions on how to use all the options. I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but this is overwhelming. I don’t even know if the device has backed-up my laptop which is why I bought the NAS.

2026-06-11	As*****	The drive app is great for file management no doubt but Synology really needs to make a dedicated music player app with playlists creation features, next track, etc which it seriously lacks. Something that can also integrate the music app with Apply Car play/Android Auto. I usually don’t give 3 star ratings but I seriously think there needs to be some room for improvement here.
