Frequent crashes and slow loading; blank white screens and timeouts make the app often unusable.
Login persistence and card memory problems: issues logging in (bad data gateway) and having to type library card numbers repeatedly; it doesn’t remember cards.
Unreliable search and missing filtering: search results don’t load reliably, some filters (e.g., language) are missing, and search can be inconsistent.
Feature regressions/missing conveniences: loss of hold-availability visibility, hold notifications, saved lists/history, and the ability to remember the home library or multiple cards.

Anytime I try to log it it goes to a page saying “bad data gateway”

Easy enough to find a book, put a hold etc. Features I wish we could add: allowing filters for language. Right now you can’t do it at all in the app, on the computer you can search but you have to search for a specific word instead of just filtering all the books by language. (With so many local immersion programs this should be a priority). It would also be nice if there were a history of books checked out and a way to save book lists. I’d love to save links to our favorite books based on events/holidays/seasons to easily put on hold again.
