I downloaded this app because I thought it would be better than using their website (weird layout) but unfortunately this is worse. You already have to verify its you through the authentication app, so whats the point of not being able to press the links to access the information that is already verified to be yours if I have to verify its me each time I click on any tabs. The layout is ugly and confusing to navigate. I thought it’d be better than the website since it took me literal ages to try and get an appointment with my counselor. If anyone wants to do that, be aware that you have to click so many links before you can get to the actual appointment scheduler which is also confusing and inaccurate. I think this app has potential to be better but as of now it’s just not good.

On multiple occasions, the application indicates that an update is available. Upon being directed to the App Store, I find that no update exists. This situation is concerning, as it appears to create an unnecessary cyclical issue that may indicate a programming error.
