However, reliability issues like crashes and freezes, onboarding and subscription problems, support gaps, and uneven venue coverage hamper experience. Addressing stability and navigation, plus clearer support, would significantly improve satisfaction.

Great value for money (BOGO perks and affordable monthly price).
Excellent for discovering new breweries and neighborhoods across many cities.
Monthly 30-day reset/rotation encourages trying new venues.
Travel-friendly with broad city coverage (about 20 cities) for travelers.

Cons

Frequent crashes and freezes on startup and during use across multiple devices/OS versions.
Onboarding/signup issues and account/subscription problems (unresponsive verification, can't access account, payment/refund concerns).
Limited or uneven venue availability by city; some areas have few or no participating venues.
Poor or hard-to-find customer support/contact options and difficulties unsubscribing.

Pubpass is a great gift for socializing with others. It especially is beneficial at establishments like Ft Lauderdale’s Barkyard’n Brews, watching our four legged family members have fun and play in an exceptionally clean and safe environment! Their loving, caring and responsible owners are committed to their pets and are good people to get to know, it makes for a very nice community and great opportunity to make new and interesting friends! One of my favorite places to go in South Florida!
