User reviews are mixed. Many praise convenient mobile texting and Salesforce integration with strong international SMS capabilities, but reliability and UX issues dominate: inconsistent notifications, missed/undelivered messages, slow performance, clunky UI, missing contact-name display and signin instability.

Pros

Convenient mobile texting without having to navigate Salesforce, saving time.
Easy to use from a phone, improving workflow.
Strong international SMS capability.
Some users find the app amazing and life-changing for their communications.

Cons

Notifications don’t consistently push to users; inbound/outbound messages may be missed or delayed.
UI/UX is clunky and the app is slow, negatively impacting performance.
Messages can be undelivered and not resent when the app recovers.
Lack of display of contact names; poor contact syncing with Salesforce and phone.
Frequent sign-in/out and overall instability requiring re-authentication.

Every time I open the app I have to re log into Salesforce. I log in about 15 times a day. App sucks.

app stopped delivering notifications. 5 stars when it’s fixed. Checked all my settings and even reinstalled not sending any notifications have to check it manually

I have tried deleting and redownloading and several updates and triple checked that notifications are indeed marked as on. Have not gotten any notifications from this app and it has been a struggle as I use this for my work tool for texting.
