I followed the app’s instructions, locked the bike, heard the confirmation sound, and the app allowed me to end the trip. They later told me the bike was still missing and charged me for the maximum trip time. I was visiting Bergen, had already left the city, and don’t know the area. Their solution was essentially to make me find the bike myself. Terrible customer service and a very frustrating experience.
