Bunch of glitches

Works fine EXCEPT when the game is ‘on’ and somebody cancels within 24 hrs. You paid, there is no game and the ‘help bot’ is unhelpful in trying to get answers 1: how can we remove the one that cancelled so we can have somebody else jump in and 2: how do we get our money back. From signing up and paying 4 times it happened 3 times! That’s bad statistics and probably a bit of bad luck?
