Payment process is cumbersome and error-prone with verifications, recurring prompts to re-enter card details, and ongoing fees; limitations on splitting payments and charges for unplayed matches.
UI/UX regressions after updates reduce information and remove features (e.g., new UI for activities, disappeared buttons, app/website feature gaps).
Bugs and regressions introduced by updates (such as filters being removed) that hinder searching and booking.

Recent reviews

It's a great app and I did give it a 5 but dropped a point for how long it takes your level to update from a leveling session with a coach. it's been a week now and I asked my coach and they said he had put the level on but now it's up to the playtomic team. I asked the support bot and they said it takes a day or so to appear. what I don't think they realize is I'm putting off booking and can't book a certain events because of this which means they are losing out on booking fees.
