Overall, the app has a couple of solid guest-management capabilities (easy visitor entry, contact-book integration) that some users rely on. But it's overwhelmingly plagued by instability: repeated login problems, credential resets, post-update crashes, and even credential wipes requiring support calls. Many reports highlight bugs that prevent viewing past visits, restricted date editing (only today), and the inability to share guest passes via simple text messaging. UX issues (non-intuitive flows, missing icons) and missing features (4-digit codes, biometrics support) further degrade usefulness. In short: reliability and usability are a bigger problem than any benefits.

Occasionally trusted by users as a workable guest-pass tool for their community.

Repeated login problems and invalid credentials requiring resets.
Post-update crashes or white screen; app becomes unusable after updates.

Recent reviews

Have been using this app for over 5 years because my community uses it. Seems like it is written by a high school kid working in their parents basement. The app doesn’t have basic date, selectionand other functionality 99.9% others provide. It’s Mickey Mouse functionality. If you can avoid using it do so.

Downloaded the app. Swiped as instructed, tried to accept terms except button doesn’t work. Tried to access terms and app got stuck. Unable to go further. Very bad experience. I can see why the reviews rank this a 2 star application. Worse is knowing that my association is paying for this service. Went to the web page and can’t log in. Same experience. My credentials don’t exist and now the burden is on me to obtain credentials. In this day and age I find it incredible that you cannot reset an account or register online. Bad product.
