I’ve been suffering from a sinus infection for 11 days, only to be told by my primary care provider to wait another week before coming in. When I discovered GenieMD I was able to have a medical appointment with Dr. Italia within 5 minutes of signing up! Not only had Dr. Italia already reviewed my medical records that I provided but he truly listened to me about what I’ve been experiencing the last couple of weeks. He immediately identified a medication he wanted to prescribe for me and even asked me if I had any other medical concerns I wanted to discuss. I am astonished with how quickly I was able to access medical treatment from GenieMD and I have already taken my first dose of my RX. Great experience. Easy registration and intake process. Got a call from a doctor in less than 5 minutes. Was diagnosed over a video chat and got my prescription all in one hour. Will use the service again.
