ECITexpense is designed to simplify expense management for organizations. Employees can quickly create new expenses, mileage logs, and daily allowances; receipts are captured digitally or via email, and paper receipts can be photographed and added. All information is stored securely in the browser and in the app, with an administration interface to customize settings and workflows for your company.

ECITexpense supports multi-company expense reports, review and approval workflows, and direct delivery of expenses to Jeeves ERP, Fortnox, and other financial systems. It enables automatic accounting through simple category choices, handles internal and foreign allowances, and provides admin controls for managing users, settings, and reporting—plus easy integration with social and other modules.
