2026-06-25	Mb*****	Wish Hostaway didn’t exist, it’s a horrible company with awful support. They constantly raise prices despite not living up to expectations. If you actually look at the reviews you will see that they have new clients leave a review during the onboarding process. If you look only at reviews from longer term subscribers you will see that the vast majority wishes we made a better decision and stayed far away from Hostaway.

2026-05-20	Ca*****	Avoid at all cost. We submitted a request for our Hostaway account to be deleted over two weeks ago. We deleted all the listings. Today they charged us. For everything. Logged in, magically the listings are back. Customer service is 0 help. Seriously. They can’t do anything. You have to wait on an email… which we’ve never gotten. Charging us $600 bucks for nothing insane.

2026-05-08	Wo*****	Would definitely not recommend. They came to me with a very good sales pitch but after signing up with them i lost all revenue instantly. Ive been doing str for 8 years and wanted to increase my revenue but instead it dropped me to zero booking in 5 straight months. I usually get bookings during those times because i have regulars that show up but they contacted me saying they couldn’t find my property so they could book. I was buried in the algorithm so far that no one saw any of my 6 listings. I wanted out and they forced me to pay the remainder months of my contract and that was only after i harassed them for a month and half. I was better off using the sites individually even if i was getting less booking, its better than 0 bookings for 5 months across 6 listings. Communication was horrible as they take almost a week to return your “emails”. I would never ever go back and i dont suggest anyone to use them. Buyer Beware

I’m down over 13 listings because of the many glitches, poor communication, and long wait times for resolution. No matter how badly you’re affected and how many times you complain, they will not provide compensation for lost homeowners and revenue. Known issues will only warrant a video discussion with false promises. Do not do it. You’ll not be able to break the contract no matter what.

2026-03-30	CS*****	(Free version - stepped down from paid) This app is so frequently updated... one thing (notifications this time) was working just fine and then there's another update within the sane week, and I'm unsure what the update improved but notice something like the notifications are no longer appearing as banners on either iPad or iPhone (yes, my settings are correct /unchanged). This has been going on for a month and a half of updates. It is not creating a healthy smooth app experience. The deep complexity of tweaking settings and such already make it hard enough for small time operators to keep up with updates... It seems like they need more field testing "beta style" before releases.
