At INDYA, we plan the nutrition of anyone with a sports challenge aimed at improving their performance. We do this rigorously and very personalized through an exclusive tool that allows us to configure your nutritional planning, adapting it to your sports goal, caloric needs, macronutrient requirements, schedules, training, preferences, allergies, beliefs, cooking level, time, lifestyle habits, work, etc.

To do this, we first need you to complete a form where we will ask for the information we need to design your fully personalized plan in less than 48 hours.

Once a month, you will have the option to send your nutritionist your new needs so they can readjust your nutritional planning and publish it in the app.

With this application, you will always have on hand the weekly menu that INDYA's sports nutritionists have configured in your last session. Our app greatly facilitates compliance with your planning by showing you:

• The description of each recipe with its photo, ingredients, quantities, preparation, nutritional indicators, etc.

• Add-ons to each meal: coffees, desserts, sides, supplements...

• The shopping list with the exact quantities to prepare your weekly menu

• Workouts you have each day with the planned pre-workout or post-workout

• Nutritional indicators of your plan

Additionally, it offers a series of functionalities that help to enrich your profile so that your upcoming menus become increasingly personalized:

• Tracking compliance for each meal and each workout

• Marking your favorite recipes

• Automatic recipe changes without altering even 1 kcal of your nutritional architecture

But nutrition does not work in isolation; there are many variables in your life that influence it and your performance. That’s why at INDYA we monitor the 6 most important variables for athletes:

In this application, you will be able to visualize through intuitive graphs how your evolution is in each of these 6 variables: how your body fat percentage is evolving, how many kcal you are eating in each menu, how well you are complying, how you are training, resting, and many more data that will compare your current state with your initial state when starting the challenge.

To improve this information and have better nutritional planning, you can connect with other apps and link the information from your wearables:

• Apple Health: You can now sync your Apple Health data with INDYA to have even more refined information, making it much easier to collect your weight, heart rate, rest time, etc.

• Strava: You can also integrate with Strava and collect data from your workouts such as duration, heart rate during workouts, caloric consumption, and even your PRs.
