Recent reviews

Got one Smartshaker 3. Worked just fine - and then stopped pairing or responding after about 12 weeks. Charged it and reset it, nothing. Changed chargers, tried on different phones, nothing. Figured it was a lemon, and got another one, which has also stopped working after about 90 days. But this one won’t even turn on, much less pair. What’s worse is there’s no help. No email address on the website, nothing in the manual. Hoping a one star review gets the company’s attention.
