  • Unreliable time clock/payroll: clocking in/out failures, late payments, and convoluted timecard workflow.
  • Stability and device issues: enrollment crashes and limited compatibility (e.g., iPad).

The federal withholding for 2025 was too low I had to pay $1470 to the IRS for my 2025 return. That should never have happened because you have the ability to withhold whatever was proportionate to my income.

I constantly have to edit images for expenses. The loading bar when attaching the receipt images turns red and freezes. Then I have to go back to my photo gallery and “edit” the photo and then save for the image to upload. New thing this week I keep getting “out of policy “ for expenses that are well within company policy. Emburse/ Certify is so much better.

The expense reporting is just TERRIBLE. For one, it's buggy. Two, it's unintuitive. Three, there is no OCR. In 2026, there is just no excuse for parsing the receipt and extracting all the relevant info. A massive time sink for a process that really should be 90% automated by now.
