The pay stubs make no sense are difficult to read. The user interface is trash and hard to figure out. I used to get paid early. Now I wonder if I'm getting properly paid.

The app is functional, but the FX pricing is excessively aggressive. For example, I was quoted 3.58115 AED per USD on a USD/AED conversion, which is roughly 2.5% below the pegged rate and would cost more than $400 on a $17,000 transfer. For a major financial platform, this level of markup feels unreasonable and insufficiently transparent.
