Recent reviews

We had to change our Wi-Fi router, and ever since then, my robot has been offline. The schedules still work, but because it is offline, the entire app is grayed out, and I can’t click any buttons. That includes the settings, where I should be able to change my Wi-Fi and get it back online. I tried calling customer service, and they told me that I have to completely take my robot off of the app and redo the whole system just so I can fix my Wi-Fi on the app. I think that’s a serious design flaw within the app, to completely shut out every button, including basic settings just because the Wi-Fi isn’t working properly. How am I supposed to fix a Wi-Fi setting if I can’t access the Wi-Fi setting?
