Recent reviews

This is the third vacuum that is non functional. Company just keeps sending me broken units that don’t even have any suction at all and move only 2 feet before error alarm. This is ridiculous. I had my original unit less than 10 months. This feels like the definition of insanity. How about a human to just help?

I’ve had this vacuum and app for three years now, and it completely forgets all network settings once a month! I’ve had different phones, different Internet and different routers… and the app ALWAYS forgets. I have to delete everything and go through setup every single time. The past year I’ve just been using it manually by pushing the buttons on the unit. I decided to redownload the app again to see if any updates/changes occurred… and it doesn’t appear so! Otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.
