BisTrack Delivery works smoothly when properly configured, but users repeatedly report stability and scanning issues that disrupt daily use. Frequent crashes, freezes, and unreliable barcode scanning undermine productivity. Frequent crashes and errors; users report needing to reinstall the app weekly.
Regular freezes/hangs that interrupt workflows and require restarting.
Barcode scanner reliability is poor: it often closes the app after scanning and scanning performance is inconsistent in low light.

Recent reviews

I’ve trained plenty of employees to use this app at work, and one issue they often stumble upon is deleting mistyped orders in the "Unset Items" tab. The app tries to send these mistyped orders so rapidly that it creates multiple duplicate entries, which then become a hassle to delete one by one. I’d like to request a feature that allows users to select multiple orders at once, so we can delete all mistyped entries from the "Unset Items" tab. This would be incredibly helpful!

we use this app at work. it all ways freezes up. to where you have to start all over. do not recommend

Combine the status and camera pages. Make the camera capable of adding 5-10 pictures at a time then add the delivered/picked up slider to the same page. Keep it in one page rather than moving between them to speed up the process.
