Text size is extremely small. On an iPad, the layout becomes a joke. There are no text size settings within the app and unfortunately, the app does not respect IOS’s text size settings in accessibility, so the user is left with no other option but to squint and hope for the best. On a less critical note, FaceID integration would be a nice convenience in a modern app.

We are having a lot of issues for the drivers are getting kicked out of the app for no reason. They go to process a delivery and it kicks them out and they have to log back in. This is something that takes extra steps and was not happening before the update. It would also be nice to have a way for it to use Face ID or another authentication to get logged in versus having to type in the username and password each time

Would like to take multiple photos. Would prefer the tabs at the bottom are reorganized to reflect the flow of operations left to right with signature being last. More detailed training on P21 configuration regarding Invoice Reports needed. No training in Epicor Learning Center.
