This is my second review. Couple of issues from my previous review like texting on the app had been addressed. However with new updates, they had really messed up the charting of medical supplies. Before once your category is medical supplies you could add units to your charting in one click and be done. Now it’s a 3 step to add medical supply and a make up of some other steps that didn’t even make sense. 2: From my previous recommendation Date of birth now has been added but please can we have a way of identifying patients as new or established pls? 3: It would be great to have a PICTURE option for Health visit encounters, especially for weight mx where it matters 4: There is wrong pairing of Coolsculpting with body contouring option as if the only option for body contouring is coolsculpting, you would have to manually edit your procedure on a webpage ( not even on your app) to remove or change the cool sculpting if you don’t offer this. I have reported all these to support and added this to new developments suggestion but no response yet!!

I’ve been using AR for four years. It’s gone from straight up terrible to somewhat manageable but only because they introduced LeadAR for managing patient calls and tracking leads. AR is so lacking in features it’s barely passable as an EMR. The biggest issues are the patient documenting, bloated and disjointed layout, slow interface, and the patient portal. Patients cannot easily login to the portal. If they miss their initial welcome email when they make their first appointment (which is highly likely) the system will never let them in unless an admin resends this invite email and the patient opens it, clicks the links to verify their phone and email, and confirms their personal details. There’s no self-service button for the patients to do this on their own. It’s the dumbest thing. What software doesn’t allow users to reset their own login? Their customer service is absolute garbage. Nobody can answer a damn question and they will treat you like you’re the idiot, even though they don’t bother testing their own shoddy product or attempting to understand where any of the common problems are. They’re more preoccupied with their cute conferences and podcasts. .
