Annotate+ is a fast, on-device image annotation tool for Chrome. It offers a rich set of drawing and marking tools—lines, dash lines, curves, arrows, twin arrows, rectangles, text, magnifier, spotlight, clip, blur, and mosaic—designed for quick, touch-friendly annotations with intuitive swipes. It feels like Photoshop shortcuts on a touchscreen, expanding tools as you swipe and release to select.

In addition to annotations, Annotate+ supports 29 collage formats to brighten up photos, long screenshots that combine content into one image, and handy widgets for previewing or deleting photos while monitoring real-time network activity and storage. It also includes an action extension to annotate images before sharing.
